The total investment of the project is 200 million yuan, and the main equipment is domestic and foreign.

It has built a leading domestic production line of 70 thousand spindles high count combed endless yarn.
The total construction area is 360000 square meters.
It is expected that the project will be completed by the end of June 2011.
After commissioning, the production line has annual output of 8000 tons of high count combed cotton yarn without knot, with an annual output value of 300 million yuan and a profit of 32 million yuan.
At that time, Shenghua Textile Group's spinning capacity can reach more than 100 thousand spindles, forming a one-stop production of cotton planting, ginning and spinning. The annual output value of the whole group reaches 600 million yuan, and it will enter the whole province.
