Huiyang Consumers Complain About 690 Yuan Nike Shoes Wear Three Days On The Degumming

Nike sneakers wear glue for 3 days, and after mediation by the Huiyang District Council, the public, Mr. Huang, returned to buy shoes for 690 yuan.

Recently, Mr. Huang complained to the Consumer Council of Huiyang district that he bought a pair of Nike sports shoes at a price of 690 yuan in a fresh water shoes brand store. When he wore it that evening, he found the right toe cap cracked, and after 3 days, there was a large area of degumming.

Then Mr. Huang found the store two times to ask for a refund, but the merchant claimed that it was possible to repair or exchange for other commodities, but the refund was not acceptable. He also claimed that no refund was a requirement of the company.

In desperation, Mr. Huang had to complain to the Huiyang District Council.

After understanding the situation, the staff of the CC went to the store with Mr. Huang to mediate, and realized that the seller should be responsible for replacement and return when the quality problem of the product was in the validity period.

After patient mediation, the store finally returned the purchase of shoes to Mr. Huang.
