With this technology, the factory has greatly reduced the water consumption, shortened the processing time and reduced the product cost.

For example, a customer of our company does yarn dyed dyeing. The use of detergent is about 60 tons of water per tonne of yarn before processing, and 20 tons of water is used for washing.

After using the detergent, the 20 tons of water were saved.

In the past, the plant used 100 thousand tons of water per year, and now its water consumption is only 2/3 of the past, which has achieved the goal of energy saving and emission reduction.

From an economic point of view, the factory not only reduces the investment in water, but also reduces the washing process, and saves the investment of personnel and wages. Liu Xiaohua: the application method is very simple. As long as the product (Montelai-2703 detergent) is added directly to the solution, other steps remain unchanged.

This product is mainly used for dyeing, bleaching, decolorization and other processes.

For example, when we first decolorizing the purple fleece, we first add 2% of the detergent, which can obviously improve the whiteness of the decolorization, and also play a good protective role for purple velvet.

Adding this product to dyeing process can make the dyed wool fabric bright and clean.

Liu Xiaohua: the products are applied in the dyeing, mercerizing, bleaching, purple decoloring and dyeing of wool and skein and garments.

Liu Xiaohua: according to the promotion situation in 2008, wool detergent is generally recognized by manufacturers.

Because this product is currently produced by our company alone, there are no competitors yet, but we hope to speed up its promotion and hope that there will be better products.

Only in this way can we enhance the competitiveness of our textile products and reduce the environmental impact of the printing and dyeing links.

Liu Xiaohua: the company's main task this year is to develop and promote new environmentally-friendly auxiliaries.

At present, the projects we are developing include dyeing wastewater treatment agents, wool dyeing auxiliaries at room temperature, etc.
