I entered department stores around 2003, when the department store industry had just passed a closed shop, and was advocating chain operations. By 2005, I began to make group buying. At that time, I started to do group buying. At that time, I was more crazy and built shopping malls everywhere, and each of them had to make the biggest and the biggest city in the city. Merchants must be LV and Gucci. At the very beginning, these big names were also choosy. After the financial crisis and after the Olympics, these brands basically lost their temper, but they would deliberately raise their prices, and then basically signed, and hit the nail on the head.

Today, you ask me whether this is a good thing or a bad thing? Of course, it is a good thing. This is really the strength of the market. The big brands will enhance the quality, bring the crowd, improve the consumption ability, and bring more other international brands.

These department stores, or rather private enterprises in Hongkong and the mainland, are already doing a good job in building international and Hongkong shopping malls. This is the first step for traditional department stores.

Consumers are slowly being influenced by the brand of new shopping malls. The environment, brand and service, compared with traditional department stores, will find that traditional department stores can not see at all.

Although the electricity supplier is not yet rising, it is already a very hot concept. Even today, the new shopping malls in those years are almost the same before and after 2010, but they will never be as dull as the department stores. Most shopping malls are not only profitable, but still keep growing.

So, the shopping malls have made the Department Store badly hurt, but at this time, the department store was still not aware of the danger approaching.

Why is there only 123 department stores and shopping malls in cities with more than 3 lines and below? There are five of them, and 10 cities in the second tier cities.

Therefore, many department stores have increased profits and incomes, which has covered the crisis, but this growth is dangerous in itself, mainly because of the corruption caused by economic growth and infrastructure construction.

We all know what business depends on, relations and money in China.

You go to those old state-run shopping malls and see that there are XXX in Beijing and XX in Guangzhou. I don't want to name anything, what brand and what goods are they selling? Anyone willing to buy it? Now it's not willing to buy it. Is it willing to buy it before it is corrupt? Why then? Why?

Of course, not all shopping cards are used for corruption, and some enterprises buy back as employee benefits or rewards, but we generally know that there is a difference between how much to buy, whether to buy large or small.

You have to ask me how much the purchase of the card is the welfare of the employees themselves. By my hand, I have a conservative estimate of up to 20%. This "enterprise" also includes institutions, the first tier cities may be higher, but I am afraid it is difficult to exceed 25%.

China's anti corruption efforts were cleared for two years, but in fact, it could not be completely cleared, because some of them were replaced by shopping cards.
