Anta Sports Expects Profit In The First Half Of The Year Will Grow By More Than 25% Over The Same Period.

Recently, Anta sports announced Earnings Preview announcement. Anta sports expects that compared with the six months ended June 30, 2018 (the first half of 2018), the profit in the first half of 2019 will increase by no less than 50% (according to the comprehensive benchmark), and the profit attributable to the shareholders of the company will be increased by no less than 25%.

According to the announcement, the unaudited operating profit in the first half of 2018 was about 2 billion 689 million yuan, and the unaudited shareholders in the first half of 2018 accounted for about 1 billion 945 million yuan.

Anta sports said that the expected profit growth of the company's shareholders should be mainly due to: (1) compared with the first half of 2018, sales of Anta brand and other brand products continued to grow strongly, resulting in an increase of more than 35% in revenue; (2) the operating interest rate increased compared with the first half of 2018, mainly due to the increase in the contribution of retail business, while the gross margin generated by it generally was higher than that in the wholesale business; the group received government subsidies in advance; and the ratio of operating expenses (percentage of earnings) was relatively stable.
